How we work

A clear scope and a coordinated approach.

We start by understanding what you want to achieve and where you need support. The proposed engagement then sets out the work, responsibilities and commercial terms for agreement.

Understand the objective

Tell us about your business or project, the target market, the current stage and your preferred timing. We use that discussion to identify what needs further clarification and whether Lamea's support fits the work.

Define the engagement

Before starting, we agree the scope, intended outputs, responsibilities and fees. The scope also identifies required inputs and any separate specialist or third-party involvement.

Coordinate the work

We organise the agreed activities around a project plan. Review points, communication arrangements and decisions requiring your approval are defined for the engagement.

Prepare for launch or handover

We review the agreed outputs and any open items with you. Launch arrangements, handover and the responsibilities for the next stage should be clear before the project moves forward.

Continue where needed

If you need support after launch, we can agree a further scope for advisory, marketing or project work.

Common questions

Can Lamea help with only part of a project?

Yes. We can discuss a defined workstream, a launch project or support across the wider setup and expansion process. The proposal will set out the work included.

Which markets can we discuss?

Our focus is the GCC and wider Asia. Tell us the country and intended business activity so we can assess the work and any local specialist involvement needed.

Do you work with a client's existing people and providers?

We can discuss how Lamea's role would fit around the people and providers already involved, then define responsibilities in the project scope.

Can marketing be a standalone project?

Yes. Marketing remains part of Lamea's offering and can be discussed as a launch activity, a defined project or ongoing support.

How are fees and timelines agreed?

They follow the scope, dependencies and work required. Any proposed fee and schedule will be set out for agreement; external approval or provider timings need to be considered separately.

Does an enquiry commit us to an engagement?

No. The first step is to discuss the project. Work begins under an agreed scope and commercial terms.
